Case Manager: Low-Threshold Housing and Services

Job Type: Non-exempt (hourly), Regular Part-time

Location: On-site, some hybrid work available

Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week, scheduled as three 8-hour days

Compensation: $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience

Direct Care: PRN

Schedule: As needed, one to two shifts per week. PRN (pro re nata) staff cover planned and unexpected absences for regularly scheduled staff. Shifts available for first (7am-3pm), second (3pm-11pm), or third (11pm-7am).

Case Manager: Supportive Services

Job Type: Exempt (salary), Regular Full-time

Location: On-site

Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Compensation: $21 to $24 per hour ($43,680 to $49,920 annually), depending on experience

Direct Care: Part-Time

Job Type: Non-exempt (hourly), Regular Part-time

Location: On-site

Schedule: Primarily weekends, second shift (3pm-11pm). Shifts on other days may be available for first (7am-3pm), second (3pm-11pm), or third (11pm-7am).

Compensation: $20 per hour
